with Charles M. Case, Partner
Before I became an attorney, I spent over twenty years as an engineer and corporate leader — planning networks, managing capital, and solving complex problems for one of the largest telecom companies in the country. I left that career to attend law school full-time, earning my J.D. cum laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s Bowen School of Law in 2022. That background shapes everything about how I practice law.
I assist Arkansas families, business owners, farmers, and professionals in safeguarding what they’ve worked hard to build—whether it’s through estate planning, business planning, or elder law. Whether you’re contemplating your farm’s future after retirement, planning a smooth business transition, or thinking about protecting your assets in case of long-term care needs, I approach each situation with care and thoroughness that goes beyond just filling out forms. Every plan I develop is tailored to your unique goals, your family, and your financial situation.
I also work closely with your other trusted advisors — your CPA, financial advisor, and insurance professional — because the best plans don’t happen in isolation.
I hold a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Arkansas and am a partner at Winburn, Case, Schrader & Shram, PLLC.
Outside the office, I live in Little Rock with my wife Kerri and our two children, Jackson and Gigi. I’m a member of Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church and enjoy fly fishing when life allows.
